摘要
阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板因其独特的结构成为合成纳米线、纳米管等低维有序纳米材料的重要工具。综述了阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板的制备及其采用各种沉积方式合成低维有序纳米结构材料的最新研究进展,包括电化学沉积、化学气相沉积、sol–gel法和化学镀,指出了目前研究中需要解决的关键问题。
Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template is an important tool for the preparation of low-dimensional ordered nanomaterials such as nanowires and nanotubes for their unique structures. The preparation of AAO templates and an overview of the latest research progress of low-dimensional ordered nanomaterials synthesized in AAO templates by several deposition technology, including electrochemical deposition, chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel method and electroless plating, were presented. The primary difficulties in research on low-dimensional ordered nanomaterials were pointed out.
