摘要
以宽温高频低阻抗特性的理论为基础,实验分析了该类特性的低压电解电容器应用无水或多水电解液体系的利弊,以及乙二醇多水体系水能改善低温特性的原因。结果表明:EG-水混合溶剂体系低压电解液,φ(水)在20%~50%,γ30℃大于10–3S·cm–1时,才可满足宽温高频要求。此类低压电解电容器的高温指标能达到105℃负荷寿命3000h的水平。
Based on theory of wide temperature, high frequency and low impedance features, the advantage and disadvantage of applied anhydrous or watery electrolyte for this electrolytic capacitor were analyzed. The reasons that the water of glycol watery system can improve low temperature features were analyzed. The results show that EG-water mixed solvent system low voltage electrolyte can reach the targets of wide temperature range and high-frequency when φ(water) is 20%-50% and γ 30c is above 10^-3 S · cm^-1. The high temperature feature of this low voltage electrolytic capacitor can reach the level of 3 000 h under load at 105 ℃.
