摘要 通过对3Cr19Ni9Mo2N不锈钢锻造工艺和热轧带钢工艺的研究,合理配置热轧道次,解决了型钢轧机上轧制窄带钢时存在的成品带钢边裂及轧制时的断辊问题,并确定了适合于现场生产的锻造工艺和热轧工艺,生产出了合格的带钢。 In this article, by studying on the forging and hot - rolling technology of strip steel of 3Cr19Ni9Mo2N stainless steel and positioning the hot - rolling pass, we have solved the problems of die edge crack of strip and the break roller when narrow strip steel is rolled by the shape mill. Also, we have laid down the forging and hot - rolling technology wich are fit for the production and have produced qualified strip steel.
