摘要
研究了小叶锦鸡儿不同大小种子的萌发及幼苗生长发育特征。结果表明,大小不同的小叶锦鸡儿种子在萌发率和出苗率上并不存在显著差异,但种子大小对幼苗叶片数量、株高、根长、生物量均有一定的影响,尤其是在幼苗发育的后期影响较为显著。相关分析表明,幼苗个体大小、叶生物量、茎生物量、根生物量均与种子大小呈极显著的正相关关系。
The seed germinations and seedling characteristics of different size seed were studied in Caragana microphylla in Horqin sandy area. The results were as follows: there wasnt significant difference germination and emergence between large seed and small seed. The seed sizes had dominant effect on the leaf number, height and biomass of seedling, especially in later period of seedling growth. The seedling from large seed allocated more biomass to above ground, but the seedling from small seed allocated more biomass to under ground. The relative analysis showed that there were significant positive relationship between seed size and seedling size, and between seed size and biomass in leaves, stems and roots.
