摘要
分别于豌豆芽体生长至不同时期(苗高2.5、5.0、7.5cm)1-3次喷施100mg/L的亚硒酸钠,结果发现:亚硒酸钠对豌豆苗根系生长有促进作用,对芽苗生长具有一定的抑制作用;而且该影响同喷施的时间先后有密切关系:喷施越早,影响越大。喷施次数增多对豌豆芽苗的芽鲜、干重的抑制作用加大,但对其它生长性状的影响不明显。喷施次数越多,喷施时间离采收时间越长,豌豆芽苗中全硒及大分子结合硒含量越高。芽苗中大分子结合硒含量同全硒含量高度正相关(r=0.894)。
Sodium selenite,100 mg/L,were sprayed on the pea sprout when 2.5 cm,5.0 or 7.5 cm at height, to test its effect on the growth of the plant and the accumulation of selenium. The result showed that sodium could promoted the root development and inhibited the sprout growth of pea seedling, and the spraying time was earlier,the effect was stronger. More times of spraying could lead to deduce the dry and fresh weight of pea sprout. More times of spraying and longer pieriod from spraying to harvest, the pea sprout absorbed more sodium and large moleculer-linked selenium. There was a stronger correlation between the concentrations of selenium. absorbed and large moleculer-linked selenium.
