低铝硅比生料动态烧结和溶出试验研究

DYNAMIC SINTERING AND DIGEST OF CRUDE MATERIAL WITH LOW Al/Si RATIO——ITS TEST

在１ｋｇ级回转筒中进行了低铝硅比生料的动态烧结，选择适当的配方，对于铝硅比为２３和２０的熟料，Ａｌ２Ｏ３和Ｎａ２Ｏ的标准溶出率分别达９３％和９５％以上，工业溶出率分别为９０％和９７％左右，且工溶矿浆的沉降性能良好。

Dynamic sintering of crude material with a low Al/Si ratio was carried out in a rotary drum with a 1 kg capacity. At appropriate dispensations, standard digestion rates of Al2O3 and Na2O would reach to above 93% and 95%, their industial digestion rates were about 90% and 97%, respectively, and good settling performance of industrial slurry could be achieued.
