摘要
09MnNb钢是一种综合性能良好的船体结构用钢,但其冲击韧性不稳定直接影响着产品质量和质量升级。本文通过系统的测试分析和研究后指出,造成冲击韧性低的关键因素是钢水的纯净度和基体的组织结构,并给出了钢的佳值成分,提出了以优化生产技术工艺路线为主的质量升级对策。
Mn Nb steel is a ship plate steel with excellent complex properties.Because it has non stationary impact toughness the product quality and quality escalation are directly influenced.Through systematical study and analysis,this paper points out that the key factors of low impact toughness are low steel liquid pureness and non reasonable microstructure.This paper also gives out the optiumum composition of steel and puts forward the quality escalating countermeasure which is based on optimizing technological process of production.
