新型钢包底(侧)吹氩元件的研制与应用

摘要 组合狭缝式镁碳质吹氩元件和整体狭缝式刚玉质吹氩元件采用预制气体通道工艺,常温耐压强度分别达到29.6MPa和40MPa以上,增强了抗钢水冲刷、侵蚀能力,使用寿命可与包龄同步,避免和减少了现场吹氩元件的更换。 The process of preparating air pass is used for manufacturing composite narrow gap blowing argon part made from magnesium carbon material and whole narrow gap blowing argon part made from corundum material,and the resistance to pressure in atmospheric temperature will be separatly up to 29 6MPa and 40MPa or more Because of the parts have excellent properties to resist erosion corrosion by liquid steel and have similar service life with ladle,the exchange of blowing argon part in the field will be avoided or reduced
