信息经济的生态效应与西部生态建设

Ecological Effect of Information Economy on Western Ecological Restoration

以工业经济发展中出现的资源短缺、生态恶化为引子,阐述信息经济的涵义和特征,从信息资源作为基础性资源、信息产业的发展对经济资源投入结构的改变、信息经济对传统产业经济增长方式的改变、信息经济的发展对人类素质提高和生态文明观建立的促进等方面,分析发展信息经济所达成的生态效应,提出利用信息经济促进西部生态建设的相关建议.

With an introduction to actual situations of resource exhaustion and ecological deterioration in the development course of industrial economy, this paper gives an explanation on connotation and characteristics of information economy. Then it makes analyses of the ecological effect resulted from information economy development on different aspects： changing of investment configuration along with development of basic resources and information industry development ; impact of information economy on changing of increasing way of traditional industries; and improving quality of people and promoting view establishment of ecology-centered civilization in the process of information economy development. As well, it proposes some suggestions for enhancing ecological construction in the western region by utilizing information economy.
