镁离子对孕鼠妊娠期高血压模型血浆内皮素的影响

Effect of magnesium food on blood plasma of endothelin-1 of SD pregnant rats

目的探讨低镁鼠粮喂养、正常鼠粮(硫酸镁灌胃)喂养孕鼠后,不同试验组孕鼠血浆内皮素有无差异。方法分别给不同实验组SD孕鼠低镁、普通饲料喂养,于孕鼠19天取血测量孕鼠血浆中的内皮素含量、孕鼠血清镁离子含量进行比较分析。结果低镁组孕鼠血浆内皮素较对照组有显著增高,各组之间血浆镁离子含量无显著差异。结论低镁饮食喂养孕鼠可使孕鼠血浆中内皮素升高。

Objective To explore if there was difference between pregnancy rat blood plasma of endothelin-1 at test group after the low magnesium and normal rat food （ use MgSO4 pour in stomach） of SD pregnant rat. Methods To test the low magnesium, normal magnesium food of SD pregnant rat for the dissimilarity respectively, to observe and analysis the pregnancy rat blood plasma of endothelin- 1 such as measurement of the pregnancy rat blood plasma magnesium ion. Results Endothelin-1 of the low the magnesium was plain to compare the matched control obviously increased; the magnesium ion showed no difference with the other groups in the group of model. Conclusions The low magnesium food of SD pregnant rat obviously increased high in rat blood plasma of endothelin-1.
