摘要
目的探讨应用认知行为干预模式改善乳腺癌化疗病人焦虑状态的效果。方法将61例病人随机分为干预组和对照组,分别应用认知行为干预模式和常规健康教育方法,分别于教育后1周、2周进行评定。结果两组病人的焦虑状态于1周、2周在统计学上有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论应用认知行为干预模式能有效地改善病人的焦虑状态,减轻患者的思想压力,提高病人的生存质量,促进疾病康复。
Objective To study the improvement of anxiety status for patient with chemotherapy of breast cancer through application of cognitive interventions. Methods 61 cases were divided into intervention and control group, health education based on cognitive interventions modeling and routine health education were conducted in the two groups respectively. Evaluation were done one and two weeks after health education. Results There was significant difference in patients' anxiety status in the two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusions Based on cognitive interventions modeling, the patients' anxiety status and stress will be alleviated, and life quality will improve and recovery will be enhanced.
