耐硫酸复合介质的铸造不锈钢组织与腐蚀行为的研究

摘要 对含50%H2SO4、10%HNO3,温度85℃的硫酸复合介质,设计了新型铸造不锈钢的化学成分,研究了此钢种的组织及其腐蚀行为。结果表明,该钢经1100℃固溶处理后,可以得到单相奥氏体组织,具有良好的耐蚀性能。通过STM观察,得到了超高分辩三维腐蚀图象,为该钢的研制提供了依据。 The chemical conposition of new type cost stainless steel used for the fluid containing 50% H 2SO 4,10%HNO 3 of 85℃ sulphuric acid multicorrosive medium are designed.the microstructure and corrosion behaviour of new type cast stainless steel are investigated. Experimental results show that,the steel has single-phase austenitic structure and better corrosion resistance after solution heat treatment at 1100℃.By STM,We con obtain ultra-high 3-D resolution corrosion images for this new type steel. And these basic work will be helpful for the further application of this steel.
