摘要
为探讨急诊行痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术（PPH）治疗急性嵌顿痔的疗效和安全性，利用吻合器对48例急性嵌顿痔患者急诊行PPH治疗，分析术后效果及并发症情况。结果显示，48例平均手术时间为21min；术后即见脱出肛门外的痔核全部回缩；平均住院时间5．5d；随访3～24个月无痔核脱垂、出血症状。结果表明，急诊行PPH治疗急性嵌顿痔，手术方法简便安全，术后痛苦小，并发症少，效果可靠。
The objective of this study was to assess the therapeutic results and safety of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid（PPH） in the emergency treatment of acute incarcerated hemorrhoids. Forty eight cases underwent PPH emergency treatment, the postoperative status and complications were analized. As results, the average operation time was 21 minutes, the prolapsed hemorrhoids were retracted immediately after the operation, the average hospital stay was 5.5 days, and there was no hemorrhoid prolapse and hemorrhage during the follow up of 3-24 monthes. It is revealed that emergency PPH treatment has such strong points as simpler ＆ safer in manipulation,less in postoperative pain, less in complications and more reliable in therapeutic results.
