外剥内凝加内括约肌切断术治疗嵌顿混合痔疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of the Combined Procedure of External Dissection and Internal Coagulation plus Internal Sphincter Incission in the Treatment of Incarcerated Mixed Hemorrhoids

为了观察分段外剥内凝加内括约肌切断术治疗嵌顿混合痔的疗效，将123例嵌顿混合痔随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用分段外剥内凝加内括约肌切断术治疗，对照组采用分段外剥内扎术治疗。结果显示，治疗组在手术时间、术后疼痛、肛门水肿、尿潴留发生率等明显优于对照组。结果表明，分段外剥内凝加内括约肌切断术治疗嵌顿混合痔疗效优于传统的外剥内扎术。

Abstract The objective of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of the combined procedure of external dissection and internal coagulation plus internal sphincter incission（EDICISI） in the treatment of incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids. One hundred and twenty three patients were randomised divided into two groups,cases in the study group underwent EDICISI,while cases in the controlled group underwent external dissection and internal ligation in segment. As results,the therapeutic results in terms of operation duration of time,postoperative pain,anal edema and occurrence of urine retention were notably better in the study group than those in the controlled group. It is concluded that the combined procedure of EDICISI is better than the traditional external dissection and internal hgation in the treatment ot incarcerated mixed hemorrhoids.
