经肛门三种手术联合治疗成人直肠脱垂10例临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Therapeutic Results of the Peranal Three Combined Procedures in the Treatment of Rectal Prolapse in Adults：Analysis of 10 Cases

为克眼传统手术方法治疗成人直肠脱垂的缺点，提高治愈率，减少复发，采用直肠黏膜排列结扎术、肛门环缩术、消痔灵局部注射三联疗法治疗成人直肠脱垂10例，治愈率90％，无复发和后遗症。结果表明，三联手术治疗成人直肠脱垂．克服单一手术的缺点，疗效高，无复发，患者痛苦少。

For overcoming the drawback of the traditional injection for the rectal prolapse in adults and rai sing the cure rate of rectal prolapse in adults and to reduce its recurrence rate, authors applied the peranal three combined procedures of the arranged ligation of rectal mucosa,circular constriction of the anus and the local injection of Xiaozhiling in 10 adults with rectal prolapse. Results showed there was no recurrence and sequela and the cure rate was 90%. It is revealed that this three combined procedures have combined strong points and help yield better therapeutic effect, no recurrence and less pain.
