摘要
探讨糖尿病合并肛肠感染性疾病的治疗措施。90例糖尿病合并肛肠感染患者，均行手术治疗，结合抗感染及胰岛素应用。均获痊愈，无并发症。结果表明。糖尿病合并肛肠感染疾病一旦确诊。应尽早手术治疗，清除坏死病灶，充分引流，严格控制血糖，合理应用抗生素，均可达到理想的治疗效果。
The aim of this study was to probe treatment methods for infective anorectal disease associated with diabetes, Ninty patients with the disease were all subjected to following therapy： surgical operation combined with anti-infection and insulin administration. They were cured without complications. Results show that this disease once surely diagnosed,should receive following measures：as early as possible operation treatment ,eliminating necrosis lesion, enough drainage, strictly controlling blood glucose, rational applying antibiotics.thus satisfactory efficacy could be obtained.
