摘要
为探讨直肠癌造口术围手术期护理的方法和效果，对21例直肠癌行围手术期护理。行根治术后造口的患者，围手术期护理包括术前护理和术后护理。术前护理有心理护理、肠道准备；术后护理有造口护理、造口皮肤护理、造口扩肛、便秘灌肠护理、预防感染、饮食护理、训练自我护理等。总体护理效果良好，平均住院18d，未发生术后并发症。
The perioperative nursing measures and outcomes for patients undergone resection and rectostomy for rectal carcinoma weresummarized. Preoperative nursing included psychological nursing and preparation of intestinal tract,while postoperative nursing included nursing of the stoma（skin nursing and dilation of the stoma）,enema nursing for constipation, infection prevention, diet nursing and self-nursing training, etc. Perioperative nursing exerted very good therapeutic effect on the recovery of the 21 patients. As resuits,the average hospital stay was 18 days,and there was no postoperative complication.
