Perioperative Nursing of the Patients Undergone the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids

总结PPH围手术期的护理经验。术前护理应注重心理护理、常规检查、肠道准备、皮肤准备，及时治疗伴发疾病。术后护理重点是出血护理、疼痛护理、尿潴留护理、预防感染。通过加强围手术期护理，减少了术后并发症，提高了PPH临床治愈率。

The perioperative nursing experiences in the management of patients who underwent the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid were summarized. It is emphasized that more attention should be paid to psychological nursing, routine examinations, preparation of intestinal tract, skin preparation and concomitant diseases during preoperative period, while the nursing stress should be laid on the managements of hemorrhage,pain,urine retention and infection prevention in the postoperative period. It is believed that better perioperative nuring can help reduce occurrence of postoperative complications and enhance cure rate.
