摘要
对Cr_(12)MoV钢进行高淬高回处理,可获得强韧化效果。但出现二次硬化峰值的回火温区较窄。采用渗碳结合高温回火的方法,旨在强化二次硬化效果。结果表明,渗碳使渗层中残留奥氏体大量增加,二次硬化峰值的高度及宽度都明显增加,渗层中有钼的碳化物析出,这些变化均与渗层中成分变化特点有关。
The Cr12MoV steel gets stronger tenacity for treatment of hardening and tempering. But the temperature area of tempering giving the peak of secondary hardening is quite narrow. The effect of secondary hardening is strengthened by means of carburization with tempering. The result shows that the austenite remaining in the layer, the height and width of the peak of secondary hardening are increased, the carbide of Mo is seperated from the layer. All the changes are related to the charateristics of the composition changes in the layer.
