摘要
选用优质轻烧白云石、轻烧菱镁石为原料,经干法消化、高温煅烧,制得杂质含量2.66%、体密>3.28g/cm^3的合成镁白云石砂。用合成镁白云石砂制得CaO+MgO>97%,总杂质含量2.11%的高纯合成镁白云石砖,在太原钢铁公司AOD炉第一次试用,最高炉令达36炉次。
With the materials of light burned dolomite and magnesite of high quality, after dry digestion and high temperature calcine,to produce synthetic magnesitic dolomite sand which containing 2- 66 percent impurity and the density being over 3. 28g/cm3.
Dolometic brick of syntheic magnesium of high purity made of dolometic sand of synthetic magnesium has 97 percent purity (CaO+MgO) and 2. 11 per cent impurity. It is used the first time in AOD furnace of Taiyuan Iron Steel Company,the longest furnace life lasts 36 heats.
