稻鸭共生对鸭肉用性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以云南麻鸭为试验材料,分别在稻鸭共生(稻鸭组)和常规网上平养(常规组)两种饲养模式下饲养至体重达1.8kg,屠宰并测定其肉用性能。结果表明:①两组间的屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胴体重、胸肉重、肝重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肉率、胴体率无显著差异(P>0.05);②稻鸭组的皮脂厚降低7.40%(P>0.05),肌胃净重提高了5.43%(P>0.05);③稻鸭组腹脂重、腹脂率分别降低了15.09%(P<0.05)、11.76%(P<0.05),腿肉重、腿肉率分别提高了8.10%(P<0.05)、11.40%(P<0.05),两组差异达到显著水平。 Yunnan Ma ducks were selected as experimental materials, which were fed in the mode of rice-duck mutualism(RDM ) and conventional rearing (CR)until ducks' body weight reached 1.8kg, then ducks were slaughtered and meat performance was measured. The results showed: (1)There were no significant differences (P〉0.05) in the slaughter weight, eviscerated yield with giblet, eviscerated yield, carcass weight, breast muscle weight, liver weight, percentage of slaughter yield, percentage of eviscerated yield with giblet, percentage of eviscerated yield, breast muscle yield and carcass yield between two groups; (2) Sebum thickness of RDM group decreased by 7.40%(P〉0.05), and stomach weight increased by 5.43%(P〉0.05); (3) Abdominal fat weight and percentage in RDM group was significantly decreased by 15.09% and 11.76%(P〈0.05)respectively, Thigh weight and percentage of the RDM group was significantly increased by 8.10% and 11.40%(P〈0.05 )respectively.
