宾川柑橘根际捕食线虫真菌资源的调查 被引量:2

The Seasonal Fluctuation of the Nematode-trapping Fungi Population in Orange Rhizome Soil of Bingchuan County

摘要 调查2007年至2008年宾川不同地点柑橘园里捕食线虫真菌的季节性分布,采集了400份土样,共分到了23个种,属于3个属,其中新种1个,中国新记录种2个。检出频率较高的是Arthrobotrys oligospora,A.musi-formis和A.dactyloid,其次是Monacrosporiam ellipsosporum,M.thaumasium和M.eudermatum,优势种是A.oligospora,A.musiformis和A.dactyloid,捕食线虫真菌种类最多的是在夏季,其次是春季,最少的是秋季和冬季。 Seasonal distiibution of nematode-trapping fungi in orange rhizome soil of Bingchuan County was investigated from June 2007 to March 2008. Four hundred soil samples were collected from orange rhizome. 23 species were isolated partially, belonging to 3 genera. Among them, D. daliensis was here described as new species, D. Heptameres and D.spermatophaga were new records to China. A. oligospora, A. musiformis and A.dactyloides were the predominant species, and M. ellipsosporum, M. thaumasium, and M. euclermatum were frequently encountered. The fungi were abundant in late spring and early summer and slightly in autumn and winter.
