摘要
《金融法规与案例》课程改革打破以知识传授为主要特征的传统学科课程模式,以高职教育行家与金融行业专家对金融专业工作任务与职业能力分析为基础,以任务驱动、项目导向为课程改革方向,引入项目教学法。课程包括金融柜台交易相关法律法规、金融服务营销相关法律法规、金融业务管理相关法律法规几个学习项目,突出对学生职业能力的训练,并融合了与职业资格证书有关的法律素质要求。
Breaking the traditional teaching pattern focused on the knowledge conveying, based on the analysis of specialty requirements and vocational ability by the educational and industrial experts, taking task-driven and project-oriented as the direction, the curriculum reform introduces the project-based teaching method. Made up of several financial study items including financial over-the-counter trade law, financial service marketing law and financial industry regulation law, etc., focused on the legal quality required by professional qualification certificate, the curriculum emphasizes the training of students' vocational ability.
