高校艺术教育是以艺术为载体教育方式或教育活动,是高校总体教育不可或缺的组成部分,也是高校美育的重要内容。它源于教育规律、艺术规律、专业规律和学生需求,更源于中国国情,是培养具有中国特色社会主义"四有"人才的行之有效的方法。

Arts education in college is the fashion and the activities of education. Arts is the medium. It is the necessary and important part in college. Its root is the demand of students and rules of education, arts and speciality. Except those aspects, complexion of China is another important root. It is one of the effective methods to bring up talents of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
