摘要
随着人才竞争的加剧,近年来高职院校都进行了人事制度的改革,起到了应有的激励作用。但对于高职院校中另一个重要群体——行政人员的激励,一直是一个盲区。因此有必要认真调查分析当前高职院校行政人员的激励现状和问题,研究探讨合适的激励机制和策略。
With fierce talents competition, most higher vocational colleges have carried out personnel reform recently, which exerts certain incentive effects. But as to the incentive measures of the other important groups in vocational colleges-administration staff, always has been ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a survey and analyze the current incentive condition of administration staff in vocational colleges so as to set up suitable incentive mechanism and strategies.
