摘要
时间管理是自我管理的重要组成部分之一。本文从理解时间管理的要义出发,讨论了时间管理对远程学习的意义,建构了时间管理模型,引介了常用的时间管理工具和方法,力图为远程学习者实现有效的时间管理提供有益的理念和路径参照。
Time management is one of the important components of self-management. Based on understanding the meaning of time management,this paper discusses the significance of time management in distance learning, constructs the model of time management, and introduces the common tools and methods of time management.It intends to provide some useful ideas and approaches for the learner to implement time management.
