摘要
化学镀Ni-P合金在某些介质中具有高的热力学稳定性和钝化行为,耐蚀性好,尤其是非晶态镀层耐蚀性更佳。但是在液-固两相流冲刷腐蚀环境中,当冲刷速度较高时,经400℃×1h热处理后的镀层耐冲刷腐蚀性能却优于非晶态镀层。
The anti-corrosion property of noncrystalline electtoless plating Ni-P alloy is better than that of thecrystalline coating in some corrosive media , however, for the liquid-solid two-phase flow erosive wear enviroment,theresults show that the erosive wear resistance of crystalline coating with heat-treatment in 400 ℃×1h is better thanthat of non-crystalline coating.
