摘要
对表面形成脉冲放电硬质合金层的50CrMoV钢,采用激光束进行加热淬火,显著提高了表层硬度及硬化层深度,并且大大改善了硬度分布。透射电镜和X射线衍射分析等结果表明,激光加热淬火使表层相组成发生了变化,并获得50~200nm的超细化组织。
After 50CrMoV steel on which pulse discharges hard alloy layer forned was micro-melting quenched,the hardness of its surface layer increased obviously and distribution of the hardness improved greatly. Analysis results.of XRD and TEM show that phase structures changed and superfine microstructure formed.
