摘要
本文通过分析混合机水罐液位高度与饮料白利度（BRIX）之间的关系，得出白利度稳定程度随水位高度增加而增大的结论。文中同时还计算出正常生产时．液位波动应控制的范围。
The text analyzes the relationship between mixer water tank liquid height and BRIX, concluding that BRIX stability adds up with the water level increasing. It calculated out the liquid level fluctuation control range in formal production.
