摘要
本文通过对本厂几年镀锌锅的使用情况，从热工制度方面的影响因素，包括镀锌温度、热源温度、温度波动、熔锌司炉操作等方面进行对比分析；从而寻求在热工制度方面提高镀锌锅使用寿命的途径。
Base on the service data of the hot dip galvanizing pots used at the Company in the recent years, the ways of increasing the pot service life were sought in terms of such thermal factors as the pot working temperature, heater temperature, fluctuation in pot working temperature, and zinc melting procedure.
