摘要
当今科学技术的迅猛发展，对科技情报信息和文献资源的需要越来越迫切，因此，如何开发利用文献资源，更好地为科技进步服务，已成为90年代的重要课题之一。本文对开展地区内实现文献资源共享的必要性和可行性以及对现阶段实现文献资源共享的障碍及对策进行初步探讨。
With the rapid development of science and technology, increasing demand for Sci-Tech information resources is experienced. A full utilization of the Sci-Tech information so for the advancement of science and technology has therefore become one of the main issues prevailing in the 90's. The necessity and feasibility of establishing regional Sci-Tech information sharing systems are discussed, and the problems associated with establishing such systems and the measures taken at present to tackle these problems described.
