摘要
本文研究了以TiO2-Sb2O3/SO42-为催化剂,催化假性紫罗兰酮合成紫罗兰酮。探索了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、溶剂用量等因素对环化反应的影响。最佳合成条件:6mL假性紫罗兰酮,催化剂用量为1.8g,溶剂用量为6mL,环化反应温度为30℃,反应时间为3.0h,紫罗兰酮产率约为70%。
This paper studied that Ionone was synthesized from pseudoionone in the presence of TiO2-Sb2O3/SO4^2-. We discussed the effect of the reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of catalyst and the amount of solvent. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: pseudoione 6mL, catalyst 1.8g, solvent (trichloromethane) 6 mL, reaction temperature 30℃ and reaction time 3.0h, the yield of ionone is up to 70%.
