当代女大学生有着敏锐化、细腻化、弹性化和人性化等创业人格优势,但也存在着进取意识弱、依附心理强、自卑感突出、开放性不足等创业人格缺陷。只有通过提高女性角色地位、增强主体创业意识,形成正确自我观念、实现性别角色认同,主动投入社会实践、提高承受挫折能力,加强自我个性修养,构建良好人格模式才能更好地培养女大学生的创业人格。

contemporary female college students have some advantages of entrepreneurial personality such as sensitive, delicate, flexible and Humanized, but they also have some defects of entrepreneurial personality as weak sense of progress, strong psychological dependence, Prominent sense of inferiority and inadequate open. Only by gpgradeing the status of women＇s roles, enhanceing the awareness of being a self entrepreneur, forming a positive self concept,realizing the identity of gender role, being active in social practice, raising the ability to endure setbacks,improving the self-personality cultivation, building good character models ,can we cultivate better entrepreneurial personality of female college students.
