摘要
"教育券"制度在我国是件新鲜事物,从部分地区实施"教育券"制度看,教育选择权的转变、学校竞争机制的激化、教育投资模式的改革,教育投资制度的借鉴,都将产生重大影响,带来新的机遇与挑战。
＂ Education tickets＂ is a new term in China. From the practice in some regions, it is believed that the system would bring great challenge and opportunity with the alternation of the right of choosing, competition among schools, and the reform and reference of investment.
