氧化钼块的热态压制

HOT ROLLING OF MOLYBDENUM OXIDE BLOCK

研究了氧化钼块热态压制。以三氧化钼为主成分在反射炉中取出焙烧末期６８０℃的钼焙砂，置于预热温度为２００℃的耐火砖面上，迅速轻压上２００℃的耐火砖和砝码，得到氧化钼饼块；用马弗炉加热钼焙砂，用内＝３９ｍｍ短丝作阴模，外＝３８ｍｍ拉丝模作下模，０．９ｋｇ手锤作上模，配用２５ｋｇ砝码作试验，将上模和下模加热到４００℃，钼焙砂加热到７２０℃，压块坚实。

Hot rolling of molybdenum oxide block is studied in this paper.The molybdenum calcines of 680 ℃ whose main content is MoO 3 are fetched from the reverberatory furnace.Place it on the firebricks of 200 ℃,put the firebricks of 200 ℃ and the weight on it gently and quickly;the molybdenum oxide blocks are obtained.Heating molybdenum calcines with muffle furnace,using short wire of in=39 mm as negative die,using wire drawing of out=38 mm as down die,and using 0.9 kg hammer as up die,do test with weight of 25 kg,heating the up die and down die to 400 ℃,and heating the molybdenum calcines to 720 ℃,the rolling block is very solid.
