摘要 研究了氧化钼块热态压制。以三氧化钼为主成分在反射炉中取出焙烧末期680℃的钼焙砂,置于预热温度为200℃的耐火砖面上,迅速轻压上200℃的耐火砖和砝码,得到氧化钼饼块;用马弗炉加热钼焙砂,用内=39mm短丝作阴模,外=38mm拉丝模作下模,0.9kg手锤作上模,配用25kg砝码作试验,将上模和下模加热到400℃,钼焙砂加热到720℃,压块坚实。 Hot rolling of molybdenum oxide block is studied in this paper.The molybdenum calcines of 680 ℃ whose main content is MoO 3 are fetched from the reverberatory furnace.Place it on the firebricks of 200 ℃,put the firebricks of 200 ℃ and the weight on it gently and quickly;the molybdenum oxide blocks are obtained.Heating molybdenum calcines with muffle furnace,using short wire of in=39 mm as negative die,using wire drawing of out=38 mm as down die,and using 0.9 kg hammer as up die,do test with weight of 25 kg,heating the up die and down die to 400 ℃,and heating the molybdenum calcines to 720 ℃,the rolling block is very solid.
