激光重建心肌血管的理论模型和实验验证

Theoretic model of transmyocardial laser revascularization and experimental validating

摘要 根据红外激光与心肌组织的作用规律和热力学原理建立红外激光重建心肌血管的理论模型,推导出激光重建心肌血管的孔径与激光功率、激光照射时间之间的定量关系。并且在离体的猪心上采用不同的输出功率和照射时间,进行二氧化碳激光心肌血管重建的实验,实验和理论的误差在13%到22%之间。同时也对产生误差的原因进行了分析。 The theoretic model of transmyocardial laser revascularization is established and the quantificational relationship among vessel aperture,laser power and irradiation time is concluded according to the law of interaction of infrared laser with myocardium and the thermodynamics. The experiment of carbon dioxide laser revascularization in pig myocardium is diane with different laser power and irradiation time. The error between the experimental result and the theoretical analysis is between 13% and 22%. The masons to cause error are studied detailedly.
