摘要
二硅化钼（ＭｏＳｉ２）兼具金属与陶瓷的双重特性，是一种性能优异的高温材料。根据ＭｏＳｉ２的特性，对ＭｏＳｉ２在发热元件、集成电路、高温抗氧化涂层以及高温结构材料等方面的应用现状和发展趋势作了分析和概述。
Intermetallic compound MoSi 2 is a kind of excellent high temperatural material with both metallic and ceramic characteristics.This article reviewed the application and development of MoSi 2 for use as the exothermic elements,the thin fimls of very largescale integated circuits,coatings as well as the struetural materials by means of the intrinsic characteristics.
