摘要
连铸坯的热送热装轧制和直轧,在工艺流程中取消了冷装时连铸坯表面清理和不同程度的取消了一些中间环节,从而缩短和简化了生产工艺流程,使生产线由传统的炼钢连铸与轧钢两个独立的生产工艺变革为炼钢与轧钢集约同步生产工艺。并且节省大量的能源消耗,提高生产率和成材率,降低了生产成本。本文的介绍旨在使钢铁企业在现有的条件下,通过适当的改造、研究和开发热送热装轧制和直接轧制所必须的支撑技术,有计划有步骤地实施这项工艺技术,从而使企业获得巨大的经济效益。
Hot transfer,hot charging rolling and direct rolling of continuously cast slabs eliminate surface conditioning of c. c. slabs in the case of cold charging and to some extent eliminate some intermediate processes .thus shorten and simplify production process flow,making the production line changeover from traditional two separate production processes of steel -making,continuous casting and steel rolling to that of synchronization of steel-making and rolling,and save a large amount of energy consumption,increase productivity,yield ratio and reduce production cost. The description in this article is aimed at,under present conditions,realizing the said process technology in a planned way and step by step through proper modification,research and development of hot transfer,hot charging rolling and supporting technology necessary for direct rolling,so as to enable enterprise to achieve great economic efficiency.
