基于转矩平衡和数值模拟的级进模压力中心优化方法 被引量:5

摘要 应用转矩平衡与数值模拟相结合的方法,通过计算压力机滑块中心线两侧转矩差,确定模具压力中心与滑块中心实际偏移量,进而达到优化压力中心位置的目的。以制造壳形电子元件的级进模为例,通过与传统解析法计算级进模压力中心结果进行对比,验证了该方法对于优化级进模压力中心的有效性和准确性。 Based on the numerical simulation and torque equilibrium theory, an optimal method was applied to calculate the torque difference between both sides of the center line; and the offset distance was obtained. The data got from the method applied in a progressive die for an electronic shell part was compared with the calculating results from the conventional analytical method and it shows effective and accurate in optimizing the pressure center of progressive dies.
