摘要
本文通过对现有工作辊直径从930~980mm增加到930~1000mm后,对作用在轧机机架上的力,弯曲力矩及机架各断面的弯曲力矩、应力,安全系数,支撑辊的强度验算,以及相关部件的变动和影响进行对比分析计算,提出工作辊直径增大的可行性,从而降低辊耗约30%,获得相当可观的经济效益。
This article puts forward the feasibility of diameter increase of work rolls by making comparison, analysis and calculation of force, bending torque acting on mill stand, and bending torque, stress, safety factor at various sections of the stand, strength calculation of back-up rolls and variation and effect of relating components when diameter of existing work rolls is increased from 930-980mm to 930-1000mm.so as to reduce roll consumption by about 30% and considerable economic benefit is obtained.
