摘要 普通的回路电阻测试仪在用于高压开关主回路电阻测量时,未考虑现场环境因素对测量的影响,因此其测量结果可能是不正确或不准确的。为此我们通过对高压开关导电回路电阻的特点、测量方法、测量环境条件的分析,将基于单片机技术的电位比比较法、电流换向法应用于高压开关导电回路电阻的测量,消除了测试电流误差、漂移和温差电势的影响,从而获得准确可靠的测量结果。因此,该方法的研究确保了高压开关的检测质量,为被测开关设备的安全运行提供了保障。 When the ordinary loop resistance testing ohmmeters are used to measure the high-voltage switch main loop resistance, and if we ignore the impacts to the measurement which are caused by the characters of on-spot environment, the results of the measurement may be inaccurate or false. For these reasons, through the analysis of the characteristics, measurements and its conditions of the resistances in high-voltage switch contactor circuit, voltage comparison method and current reverse method that are based on the single chip microcomputer technology are well applied to the measurement of the resistances in this paper, which eliminates the impacts of current error ,drift and temperature-differential voltage in the process of tests and presents accurate and reliable measurement results. Therefore the research on the method ensures test quality of the high-voltage switch. Meanwhile it can be helpful to the safe operation of tested switch equipments.
