摘要 按照检定规程和测量不确定评定的要求,本文对检定三相电能表检定装置时的测量不确定度进行了详细分析与评定,分析与评定考虑了三相电能表检定装置不同负载、不同接线方式、装置中测量电压电流互感器以及同名端钮间电位差的不确定度,并通过实例对检定三相电能表检定装置测量结果的不确定度进行了评定,对完整而又准确地评定检定三相交流电能表检定装置的测量不确定度有指导意义。 According to the requirements of verification regulation and evaluation of uncertainty in measurement, the paper analyzes and evaluates uncertainty in measurement of verifying the equipment for three-phase Watt-hour meter in detail. The analysis and evaluation take uncertainty in measurement for the different load, connection mode, current and voltage transformers of measuring service and the potential difference of the homonomial terminals into account. At the same time, by means of an example the uncertainty in measurement of verifying, the equipment for three-phase Watt-hour meter is evaluated. These are significant to evaluate the uncertainty in measurement of verifying the equipment for three-phase Watt-hour meter wholly and accurately.
