基于双模冗余容错技术的数据采集系统设计 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高各种设备仪器数据采集系统的可靠性,对数据采集功能电路通过采用双模冗余容错技术,设计两个电路完全一样的采集模块,利用互为热备份的两个采集模块实现了数据的可靠采集。通过设计硬件同步电路实现了两个采集模块在同一时刻对数据进行采集,并且利用仲裁器对双模采集结果进行仲裁比较,根据仲裁结果对双模进行切换选择。同时,为了保证仲裁器单元自身的公正性,以及采集模块的正确性,对各个单元进行了自检设计,且采取了必要的抗干扰措施。实践证明,该系统可实现数据的可靠采集,具有较好的应用价值。 In order to improve the reliability of instruments' data acquisition systems, the dual redundant fault-tolerant technique was adopted in the design of data acquisition system. Two equal collection modules synchronized by hardware circuit ensured the reliable data acquisition, and the correct module was selected by arbitrating the collection results of two modules by arbitrator. Meanwhile, the self-check design and necessary anti-disturbance measures were considered in order to guarantee the justness of arbitrator and the correctness of two collection modules. Practice shows that the system has the ability of reliable data acquisition, so it has great application value.
