摘要
建立了一类具有常数移民及一般形式饱和接触率的SIQR传染病模型,分别研究了p+q=0,0<p+q<1,p+q=1三种情形下各平衡点的稳定性,证明了地方病平衡点的全局稳定性,推广和改进了Hethcote et al.(2002)的相应工作.
Formulate a kind of epidemiological model with constant immigration and general saturated contact rate, and analyse the stability of the equilibria in the case of p + q = 0, 0 〈 p + q 〈 1 ,p + q = 1 respectively. Finally, it is also found that the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable provided it exists. Some results which Hethcote et al. obtained in 2002 are not only extended but also improved.
