WTO体制下国际货币制度的重建和中国的应对之策

The Re-Construction of the International Monetary System Under the Structure of WTO and the Corresponding Strategies of China

从历史和现状两方面来考察,现行国际货币制度已不适应WTO体制所确立的国际经贸关系的发展,必须对其进行改革和重建。以欧洲货币联盟的成功经验为借鉴,从区域联合着手,逐步向全球范围推进,最终建立新的世界中央银行,发行世界统一货币,是未来国际货币制度重建的目标,也是中国最根本的应对之策。

Investigated from both the history and the status quo, the existing system of the international curre＇ncy is not adaptable to the development of the international trade relations determined by the WTO structure. Therefore, its reforming and re-construction become avoided. It is necessary to draw on the successful experience of the European Monetary Union, and, through starting from the region coalition and pushing forward gradually to the whole world, establish the new central bank of the world and issue the integrative money of the world, which are both the re-construction targets of the future system of the international currency and the basic corresponding strategies of China.
