大型水泵直联排水系统水力过渡过程研究

摘要 基于特征线法对大型水泵直联排水系统的水力过渡过程进行了研究。以河南省某矿井直联排水系统为实例,利用仿真程序,针对该直联排水系统可能出现的2种产生严重事故后果的水力过渡过程进行了计算和分析,并进一步研究了泵出口阀门对系统过渡过程的影响。研究成果可为该类直联排水系统的安全运行、规避风险、提高系统可靠性提供技术依据。 Based on the method of characteristics, the hydraulic transient process of drainage system with large scale series direct-coupled submerged pumps is studied herein; for which a drainage system with the series direct-coupled submerged pumps for a mine in Henan Province is taken as the studying case. The hydraulic processes of two casualties those could oc- curred in the drainage system are analyzed and calculated with the simulation program concerned, and then the effect of the outlet valve on the hydraulic process of the system is studied as well. The study achievements can provide a technical basis for the safe operation, risk avoidance and increase of the rehability of the drainage system with he series direct-coupled submerged pumps.
