酚醛树脂复合材料热降解过程的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用热重分析法对碳纤维增强S-157酚醛树脂在氮气和空气气氛下的热降解过程进行分析,研究了热降解气氛、升温速率与材料热降解温度、残炭率之间的关系,以及对其烧蚀性能的影响,并求得该复合材料的热降解活化能,分析其热降解机理,为烧蚀防热复合材料的热性能评价提供一种研究方法。 Carbon fiber reinforced S - 157 phenolic resin is an antiablative heat shielding compoiste. The process of its thermal degradation in nitrogen and air atmosphere is analyzed with TGA method. The relationship between atmosphere or heating rate and degradation temperature or residue mass involving their effects on ablation properties is investigated. At the same time, the active energy of thermal degradation is obtained and the mechanism is analyzed. All of the above is provided for evaluating on the heat-resistant properties of ablative composite for heat shielding.
