摘要
设计了一种具有特殊端部的打印机插销注塑模具,针对该零件复杂的端部特征,采用镶拼组合模具结构代替整体模具结构。通过生产表明,这种模具结构明显地提高了模具的加工性能,节约了生产成本,保证了产品质量。
The injection mould for the pin of printer which had special ends was designed. Considering the complex characteristics of the ends, the structure of insert blocks instead of the monoblock mould structure was adopted. The results showed that the new mould structure could improve the mechanical working properties, reduce the manufacture cost and guarantee the quality of the part.
