摘要
为改善料层透气性,利用蒸汽对烧结混合料进行预热。该技术采用2台锅炉并联的方式稳定热源,通过优化结构参数、两次加热、增加喷嘴数量及采取错排密布的安装方式,改善了加热质量,并通过高效脱水,控制蒸汽对混合料水分的影响。应用表明,预热系统运行稳定,料层厚度增加了60~70mm,固体燃耗平均下降了1.8~2.0kg/t。
In order to improve the penetrability of sintering feed, the steam was used for preheating sintering feed. This technology adopted two boilers operating in parallel for stabilizing heat source. By optimizing structure parameters, two-stage preheating, increasing nozzles and using interleaving and densely covered installation method, the sinter feed preheating was meliorated. At the same time, the influence of the steam on the moisture of sintering feed was controlled by high efficiency dehydration. Appleatious showed that the preheat system was steady, the sinter feed thickness increased for 60 - 70 nan and solid fad consumption was reduced by 1.8 - 2.0 kg/t averagely.
