济钢ASP结晶器黏结的影响因素分析及预防

摘要 结合济钢中薄板连铸机(ASP)生产实际,分析了结晶器黏结的影响因素和预防改进措施。通过提高钢水成分、温度命中率及钢水的洁净度,优化拉速控制制度,改善保护渣的理化性能,提高铜板平滑度,严格控制液面波动,合理运用黏结预报系统信息等措施,大大减少了黏结现象的发生,黏结预报几率由原来的0.4次/炉降低到了0.03次/炉。 Combined with production practice of Jinan steel's ASP, author analyzed the influencing factors of mould sticking and preventing and improving measures. By increasing the percentage of composition and temperature hits and the cleanliness of molten steel, optimizing casting speed control system, reforming physical and chemical properties of the mould powder, advancing the smoothness of copperplate, controlling the level fluctuation strictly and using the information from sticking forecasting system in reason etc., the sticking was reduced greatly and the probabilities of sticking forecasting were decreased to 0.03 per heat from 0.4.
